Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls
  • Answer customer messages on various Marketplaces
  • Track returns/exchanges and issue shipping labels
  • File damage/lost claims with our shipping providers
  • Use Parts Advisor to look up appropriate parts for customers
  • Respond to negative feedback online with upbeat and helpful insight
  • Complete the returns process: issue credits, returning to inventory, and closing the communication loop with both the customer and invoicing rep

 
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

  • High school graduate, some college a plus
  • Experience in Customer Service positions a plus
  • Ease of learning new applications
